Yücetürk Villa

Our villa has a very central position in the Ilıca, Çeşme. The lounge of the villa faced the front yard in the original architectural plan but we thought it fitted that this building directs to the pool made in the back yard. By this way, we reversed the plan of the house. We demolished the walls and obtained a completely transparent and spacious interior with open kitchen. When the homeowners said that they would use the villa in winter too, we thought that a fireplace would suit this villa. By this way, they could see both water and fire when resting in the lounge. After making positioning for this purpose, a very joyous environment formed. We obtained a rustic style by using wood horizontal beams and coated brick in the decoration.

There were four bedrooms and one bathroom in the top floor. The bathroom was not adequate as the number of users increased. We were able to divide the existing bathroom into two and add a parent bathroom to one of the rooms. Hence, the bathroom usage was eased.

At the end of the work, we made a 25 year old building stylish and useful by renewing interior and exterior in harmony
