The apartment, which is in Foça, Izmir, was in a very beautiful location and the owner was a businessman. He wanted to use the apartment also an office where he can make negotiations. When making the interior architecture of this mansion apartment, having a very beautiful sea and castle view, of course the view determined the layout. It became the most natural design criterion that the homeowner can see this view when working too. Even if the apartment had a long narrow layout, through interior arrangements, it became possible that the see could be seen even from the kitchen.

We placed the bed on a platform climbed via three stairs from the toes. By thus way, in spite of a very small room width, the bed was located in a very stylish way. Furthermore, the back yard could be seen easily both from the hot tub, embedded to the floor in front of the window and the bed located in the back.

One of the plusses that it was a ground floor apartment was its back yard. We converted it to a lovely yard where the homeowner might have various sport activities or accommodate the guests with barbeque.
