Our first thought when starting the architecture of these villas, was that each villa was independent in itself even if they were emerged as a site. For this purpose, the site was designed looking outwards.

While the yards and terraces of six villas lean on the borders of the land, in the interior area, the green area is located in which were the walkways from the carpark place to the entrance doors of the villa.

Even if the plans of the villas are the same, the decorations, kitchen and bathroom selections are done different from each other for appealing users with various taste.

In the yard floor, the dining room, combined with the open kitchen, a wide and spacious living part, to the corner of which a fire place is positioned, a toilet serving this floor and in the top floor, a bathroom serving to the master room and two bedrooms are placed.

The internal arrangement of the attic is planned such that it can be an apartment in itself. In this floor, there are a wide bedroom with bathroom, closet, and living quarters.
