In this residence, one of adjacent three villas within the Kaya Evleri (Rock Houses) complex, the entrance part is made spacious with the stairs placed in the center and the saloon with a height of two floors. The locations flowing upwards can be easily sensed when going up via stairs.

For the interior architecture of the kitchen and lounge, the area in front of the fireplace was specialized in itself while a whole living space is created regionally.

Saddle roof usage enabled creating a rather wide area in the attic. The circle windows, directly letting the sunlight in, and pillars in the interior add dimension to the decoration of the place.

One bedroom with bathroom was added in addition to the kitchen, lounge and toilet in the ground floor in the architectural arrangement. Furthermore, there are one master bedroom with bathroom and three bedrooms and one shared bathroom in the top floor.
